Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
At MTA Creation, we are committed to providing our clients with a comprehensive shopping experience, including a supportive Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy. Before we delve into the details, we’d like to give you a brief insight into how we bring our products to life. Whether it’s sarees, readymades, or handmade items, each piece is crafted with utmost care by our artisans and weavers, focusing on quality and attention to detail. We use traditional and revered methods, ensuring that many of our handloom sarees are designed to be unique.
While we strive to deliver a satisfactory order, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, leading to the need for a return, exchange, or cancellation. Our policy is designed to make this process as smooth and reassuring as possible for both parties. We encourage you to read and understand our policy thoroughly. To return an item, please contact our customer care team at mtacreation0@gmail.com or +91-9532770823 within seven days of the shipping date.
To expedite your request, kindly mention your order number in the subject line.
After receiving your return request, we will send you a confirmation email. Please allow us up to 7 working days to process your request.
Returns are only accepted for items that have a manufacturing defect or have been shipped incorrectly.
We cannot accept returns for items with minor color variations, as color display may slightly differ between your screen and the actual product.
Please note that returns are not applicable for the following categories:
To facilitate the return process, please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged. We also require you to keep the packaging, tags, and receipt intact.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept it from the delivery personnel.
Notify us immediately via email with photos of the damaged package.
To streamline the process, please contact us at the time of delivery to coordinate with the courier team on how to proceed.
The replacement of the damaged item is subject to the damage assessment and report from the courier. You may choose to receive a refund to your account or store credit of equal value.
Please ensure that you securely pack the item you are returning to protect it from loss or damage during transit.
Shipping costs for all returns must be borne by you, except in the case of a damaged package. For international clients, you will be responsible for any customs and duties associated with returning the item.
The item must be returned in its original condition for the exchange or return to be processed.

MTA Creation reserves the right to reject any unreasonable or repeated return requests from a customer.
If you return an item, you have the option to exchange it or receive a refund after deducting exchange charges.
Once you receive the return request confirmation email from us, you can choose between these options.
The exchange process will begin after we receive the returned item. Please allow us 5-7 working days after this to send the exchanged product.
Please note that shipping charges for exchanges will not be covered by us. Additionally, for international clients, our policy does not cover applicable customs and duty charges.
Any item that does not comply with the above process cannot be exchanged.
Please note that all refunds will be processed through the bank account used to place the order, after deducting any applicable exchange charges.
The refund process will start within 7 working days of receiving the product. However, we cannot guarantee the timeframe taken by the banking partner.
Refunds will be processed through our secure payment gateway for all products ordered via Credit/Debit cards. These payments will be routed back and credited to your account.
Refunds for payments made through Demand Draft/Check will be sent via our courier partner. Cash refunds are not available.
We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:
If you ordered multiple items and at least one of them is out of stock, you will receive a refund equal to the value of the unavailable product(s).
If you wish to return an item that complies with our policy for any other reason, you have the option to choose between a refund or exchange equal to the declared value of your order.
In the event you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, the amount will be refunded.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of submitting the order.
In case of cancellation, we will refund the amount to your account after deducting any applicable exchange charges, which must be borne by you.
Please note that you cannot cancel orders once the shipping process has begun.
Cancellations of orders that include blouse, pico, and falls stitching are not permitted.
Revised orders cannot be canceled.
