At MTA Creation, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Every product—from handloom weaves to ready-to-wear pieces—is crafted with care by skilled artisans, using traditional techniques and high-quality materials. Many of our sarees and handcrafted items are made in limited quantities, making them truly special.
While we take all precautions to deliver your order in perfect condition, we understand that there may be situations where you may need to return, exchange, or cancel an order. Our policies are designed to make this process simple and transparent. We request you to kindly read the guidelines carefully before initiating any request. Orders are dispatched within 12–15 working days, as each product requires a finishing process.
A shipment confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Delivery timelines:
India: 10–15 business days after dispatch
International: 15–20 business days
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
A proper unboxing video (single continuous shot, no cuts/edits) showing the defect is mandatory.
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect products.

Once we receive your request:
You will get an acknowledgment email.
After verification, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Items on sale/discount
Sarees with pico, fall or tassels done
Sarees where the blouse fabric has been used
Ready-to-wear sarees (custom-made)
Product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags.
Do not accept a tampered/damaged parcel from the delivery agent. Report it to us immediately with photos.
Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer (except in case of damaged or incorrect items).
International customers must handle all customs duties for returns.
We offer Partial Cash on Delivery for convenience.
How it Works:
Pay a small advance amount online while placing the order.
Pay the remaining amount in cash upon delivery.
Important:
If the order is refused at delivery, the advance/token amount is non-refundable (covers RTO charges).
If accepted, the advance is adjusted in the final amount.

After your return request is approved, you may choose exchange or refund, as applicable.
The exchange process begins once we receive the returned product.
Please allow 5–7 working days for dispatch of exchanged items.
Shipping charges for exchanges must be paid by the customer.
International exchanges do not include customs/duty charges.
Items not meeting our return conditions cannot be exchanged.
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
Verified manufacturing defect
Product damaged before shipping
Wrong item delivered
Ordered product not in stock
Refund Method:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount.
For payments made via DD/cheque, refunds will be sent through our courier partner.
Cash refunds are not provided.
If you cancel your order within 24 hours, your amount will be refunded after deducting transaction charges.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
Cancellation is not possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
Orders including blouse stitching, pico, fall, or customizations cannot be cancelled.
Revised/edited orders are also not eligible for cancellation.
Ready-to-wear sarees are customized and made on order, hence not eligible for return.
