Before we go into the details, we would like to give you a brief insight into how we bring our products to life. Whether it is weaves, readymades, handicrafts, or décor, every piece is created with utmost care by our craftsmen and weavers. We use traditional and time-honored techniques without compromising at any stage. Many of our handloom weaves—especially sarees—are unique and crafted with precision.
While we try our best to deliver products that satisfy you, we understand that unexpected issues may arise, making the need for return, exchange, or cancellation necessary. Our policy is designed to make this process simple, quick, and smooth. However, we strongly recommend using it only in extreme cases.

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
A valid unboxing video (one continuous video without cuts/edits) showing the defect is mandatory.
After reviewing the return request, refund/exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
NOTE: Orders cannot be cancelled once the delivery process has started.

After receiving your return request, you will get a confirmation email. Allow up to 7 working days for processing. Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
Manufacturing defects
Wrong item shipped
Color variations due to screen resolution will not be accepted as valid reason for return.
Discounted/limited sale items
Sarees with pico, fall, tassels done
Sarees where blouse material has been cut/used
Ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging, tags, and invoice intact.
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, do NOT accept it.
Inform us immediately with photos.
Shipping charges for returns must be borne by the customer (except in the case of damaged shipments).
International customers must bear customs/duties.

MTA Creation reserves the right to refuse unreasonable or frequent return claims.
If you return an item, you may choose between:
Exchange
Refund (after deducting exchange charges)
The exchange process begins only after we receive the returned product. Please allow 5–7 working days for dispatch of the exchanged item.
Shipping charges for exchange must be borne by the customer.
Customs/duties for international orders are not covered.
Products not meeting the return criteria cannot be exchanged.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, after deducting exchange/processing charges.
Refunds begin within 7 working days of receiving the product (bank processing time may vary).
Refund will be provided only if:
The item has a genuine defect in quality/size
The item was damaged before shipping
A wrong item was sent
An ordered item is out of stock
If you wish to return a product that meets our policy conditions, you may choose between refund or exchange.
For cancellation within 24 hours, the amount will be refunded after deducting transaction charges.
No cash refunds.
Order cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
