Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
At MTA Creation, we strive to provide our clients with a 360° shopping experience, including a supportive Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy. Before we dive into the details, we would like to give you a brief understanding of how we bring our products to life. Be it weaves, readymades, handicrafts, or décor, each piece is crafted with the utmost care by our artisans and weavers, emphasizing quality and attention to detail. We use traditional and time-honored techniques without compromising at any stage. As a result, many of our handloom weaves, particularly sarees, are designed to be unique.
While we make every effort to deliver an order that pleases you, we understand that unexpected factors and unavoidable circumstances may arise, necessitating the need to return, exchange, or cancel your order. Our return, exchange, and cancellation policy is specifically designed to allow you to do so with minimal hassle by making the process simple, quick, and reassuring. To return an item, please reach out to our customer care team at mtacreation0@gmail.com or **+91-9532770823** within seven days from the shipping date.
To help us process your request faster, please include your order number in the subject line.
After receiving your return request, we will send you a confirmation email. Please allow us a maximum of 7 working days to process your request.
We offer returns only on products that have a manufacturing defect or that have been incorrectly shipped.
Return requests due to minor color variations will not be accepted, as the color resolution may slightly differ between your screen and the original product.
Please note that returns are not applicable for the following categories:
To facilitate the return process, please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged. We also require you to keep the packaging, tags, and receipt intact.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept it from the delivery personnel.
Notify us immediately via email with photos of the damaged package. For quicker assistance, please contact us at the time of delivery to coordinate with the courier team on the next steps.
The replacement of the damaged item is subject to the report provided by the courier. You may either choose to have the payment refunded to your account or receive store credit of equivalent value.
Please ensure that you have securely packed the item you are returning to protect it from any loss or damage during transit.
Note that shipping charges for all returns must be borne by you, except in the case of a damaged package. For international customers, you will be responsible for the applicable customs and duties when returning the item to us.
The item must be returned in its original condition for the exchange or return to be processed.

MTA Creation reserves the right to reject unreasonable or excessive return claims by a customer.
If you return an item, we offer the option to either exchange it or receive a refund after deducting the exchange charges.
Once you receive a confirmation email from us, you will have the option to choose between the two.
The exchange process will begin once we receive the returned item. Please allow us 5-7 working days after this to send the exchanged product.
Please note that shipping charges for the exchange will not be covered by us. For international customers, our policy does not cover applicable customs and duties.
Any product that does not comply with the above process cannot be exchanged.
All refunds will be processed through the bank account used for the original purchase after deducting any applicable transaction charges.
The refund process will begin within 7 working days of receiving the product. However, we cannot guarantee the time taken by the bank.
Refunds for products purchased via Credit/Debit cards will be processed through our secure payment gateway and credited back to your account.
Refunds for payments made through Demand Draft/Check will be sent through our courier partner. Cash refunds are not available.
We offer refunds only on the following grounds:
If you ordered multiple items and one or more of them is out of stock, you will receive a refund for the value of the unavailable item(s).
If, for any valid reason, you wish to return a product that complies with our policy, you have the option to choose between a refund or an exchange amounting to the value of your order.
If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, the amount will be refunded.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.
In case of cancellation, we will refund the amount to your account after deducting any transaction charges, which must be borne by you.
Please note that orders cannot be canceled once the shipping process has begun.
Cancellation of orders that include blouse, pico, and falls stitching is not allowed.
Revised orders cannot be canceled.
